Saber y Gracia and Santiago Sac. school visits

Just left first school of the day, we got to see all of the good CoEd and Xavier is doing. Some of the kids knew English who we who don't know Spanish could converse with. There was a marching band that played some songs & danced for us that were amazing!! We also got to see how the new program utilized modern teaching techniques to teach reading through story telling.

During a soccer game, one girls varsity soccer team member from Summit CDS had the whole school chanting her name! Even at lunch we could still them yelling "Emma, Emma!!!!!!"

The days have been long but I feel like I've already seen the whole county and many different cultural aspects of Guatemala. We are on the road by 7 each morning and have been in a different hotel every night! Free time uually dosent start till 8 or 9! The days are fun and the pace is pretty relaxed so that makes it nice. Plus since we are on route much of the day, it gives us a little time to take a few uncomfortable naps each day. :-)
